I lived in Horizon House for the last 2 years. While it wasn't without a couple bumps in the road, I found my time to be pleasant and it was a great overall experience. Management is very proactive, and responsive to problems. It is clear their goal is to prevent issues before they manifest and I think they were effective at this. I always found the front desk workers and office staff to be helpful anytime I had a question or needed to pick up a package. Maintenance was always quick and they did a great job fixing anything that had broken. Any issues that I experienced on a day to day basis was normally caused by other residents the building, which was annoying, but you can only control other peoples actions so much. If you are looking to move into Baltimore, I would definitely recommend Horizon House.

I just cannot say enough good things about Horizon House, and I barely know where to begin. The administrative and maintenance staff members are exceptionally friendly, responsive and capable. My repair requests are, without fail, answered and resolved within 1-2 hours, and team members invariably follow up to make sure their services have met my expectations! Every corner of the facility is cleaned meticulously on a regular basis, and any unintended accidents and spills are literally cleaned within minutes. The units are spacious and filled with natural light, while the rooftop pool is the best in this entire region. I attribute much if not all of this experience to the expectations of Southern Management and carried out by Stacey Sankonis, who is regarded as one of the great facilities managers in our state. I am truly fortunate to live in this wonderful place and cannot envision leaving anytime in the near future!

I moved into Horizon House Apartments in January of 2023, and as I come up on three years of living here, I have to say that I've been very pleased with my decision. From the rooftop pool, which is woefully underattended and underutilized, to the most helpful, friendly and caring staff I've ever experienced who work to make residents feel welcome and valued, to the Prime Rib being in the basement of the building. Living at Horizon House has been pretty great the last three years.

Horizon House is in a great location, close to downtown. The apartments offer beautiful views of the city, and the maintenance service is excellent. I have really enjoyed my time here, but I am moving out of state. I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a place to live in Baltimore. The 18th floor views is a thing of beauty!

Step into this 1960s Era high rise in the vibrant Mt. Vernon cultural neighborhood. I rented a studio apartment that had ample lighting facing south and an extravagant horizon, plenty of storage with 4 closets and a hallway bookshelf. The kitchen was nice and renovated, although I do wish I had a dishwasher there. The pool is a nice icing on the cake feature, the gym had the basics. 24 hour front desk/security. Front office people were pleasant to work with.Mrs. Sarah is a gem. Maintenance was timely, usually that day or next day for requests. Youre right above the Prime Rib, enhancing the buildings' vintage glam vibe. There's a convenience store if you need basics too. Parking skews to more expensive, city street parking is a more affordable option if needed. I've heard that they're working to further enhance the security on the street in front of the property. Overall good experience.
