Workers are so disrespectful they kept grabbing my grandma's phone and hanging up not letting her talk to me DON'T EVER GO THERE

Five stars isn't enough for what Kathy Alvarado and New Life Assisted Living have done for my family. The proof is that our loved one's quality of life has clearly improved since moving in—she is happier, healthier, and most importantly, safe. Kathy guided us with compassion and provided tremendous direction and emotional support throughout an extremely complex situation. Her staff has helped lift decades of family stress, and we now have peace knowing our loved one is safe, cared for daily by professionals, and living her final years in comfort. I am eternally grateful to Kathy and her great staff!

Had my mom here at this facility. Very clean and neat. Staff here are wonderful, very compassionate and loving. Employees treat residents like if they were family. ❤️❤️

I am very disappointed on the level of care this place provides to the patients, they are very disrespectful, not sympathetic, I would never send a family member or loved one to this place, If I can give Zero stars I would it was very disappointing to see such a Beautiful facility with disrespectful and cold hearted employees, and also blaming the funeral home and not owning up to there mistakes, I would think and not send anyone to this place

New Life is the best run AL facility I have ever seen. The entire staff is caring, compassionate and very professional. Mom only got to live there 4 months before she passed, but she loved being there and had a wonderful experience. Dad continues to live there and having the great support of the staff and residents has made his life full, happy and meaningful. We could not ask for more or be more pleased with Kathy, Sara and everyone at New Life. Thank you for the love, kindness and care you give every day.
