We were in search of a more intimate feeling and better care for our friend & my cousin, Jim. He was in a larger facility where he was more of a number than an individual. Once we found New Life we knew it was a perfect fit for him. With a home like atmosphere it was peaceful and calm, just what my cousin needed. The staff at New Life each took an interest in getting to know Jim. The care and attention to his needs were always met. We had peace of mind Jim was safe and comfortable. I would recommend New Life to anyone who is in need to place their loved one in Assisted Living. They truly care and it shows.

I am a regular visitor of several of the New Life assisted living facilities, as I am a contractor for another company. In my experience, New Life ALF provides exceptional care in a warm, supportive environment. The staff are compassionate, attentive, and truly dedicated to the well-being of residents. I am so happy our family found New Life Assisted Living for my father! The staff are professional and very caring. Every time I visited, the staff greeted my dad by name. I love to see the interaction between my dad and the staff. They truly cared for him. He is always treated with kindness! I love to see my dad was so happy and that I could visit him whenever I wanted to. The house is always immaculate, and the staff always kept him safe. My father passed away unexpectedly, and the staff was so caring. They helped me transition him to a funeral home. The owners Mr. Alvin and his mom even sent a beautiful arrangement and called to check up on me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality of life and more personalized attention. This staff walks on water!!!!

New Life Jessup exceeded my expectations in every way. Diane and Alvin bridged the gap for my aunt as she transitioned from independent living to assisted living. More importantly this transition occurred smoothly and seamlessly in the middle of the pandemic. I felt very at ease because they are very knowledgeable about this process and all of the protocols and they have a long track record of success. Not only did they guide me through the paperwork process to ensure all aspects related to her health and care were covered but they asked very specific questions to ensure that they were familiar with my aunts personality and likes and dislikes. It was difficult for me to let go but Diane and Alvin were with me every step of the way helping to reassure me and ease my anxiety. It is without hesitation that I strongly encourage anyone seeking a “New Life” for his/her loved one to choose New Life. My aunt is so very content and so am I.
