NEW PERSPECTIVE FRANKLIN

My mother in law was in memory care at NP Franklin. The activities staff were absolutely amazing, they engaged her in many activities and trips during her time there and we feel that kept her active for as long as possible. She ran out of money July 2024, despite our best efforts to get her on community care, they continued to send the family collection notices, we were forced to pay $11,000 per month until cc kicked in. We asked NP to write off the remaining balance after she passed away, which they agreed to do. After a court hearing to get her cc backdated, which was successful, we asked for the money we paid returned and NP rescinded their decision and reduced that from the amount they owed us. After she paid $314,000+ dollars, they needed more. Also, the day she passed away we were told we would be charged $400 per day if we didn’t move her things out of the room, they did not allow our family anytime to grieve, we had to move her things out the same day she died.

My brother has been at New Perspective for 2 months. He couldn't be happier. He has made new friends, the staff is caring and compassionate and he loves the food. Thank you for keeping him safe and easing my mind.

I can’t say enough about New Perspective -Franklin! It was a wonderful home for my aunt for almost three years. The facility is gorgeous-like a fine hotel or cruise ship! Residents are provided a quality community life and there are numerous opportunities for engagement. Many great friendships are developed there. Chef prepared meals are absolutely delicious too. Compassionate staff members took excellent care of my aunt as she trasitioned from assisted living to community-based residential as her needs increased. Everybody became like family to us and I will never forget their kindness! Highly recommend New Perspective Senior Living Center-Franklin!

I have been at New perspective for 14 months. I enjoy being here, It is a lovely environment. The staff are helpful, they have a lot of activities planned everyday. I especially enjoy the heated pool, exercise room, the outings to restaurants, shopping trips, and entertainment. I also appreciate the Chapel which has several different denominations providing services. I enjoy my apartment very much; it is private, spacious, well-maintained, with newer amenities. Coming to New Perspective was a good decision for me.

New Perspective over 55 living in Franklin is an incredible and wonderful breath of fresh air I had train one place in Greendale previously this is head over heels above that the food is fantastic the people are fantastic this is fantastic swimming pools, bike path close, incredibly brightly lit and clean, brand new and extremely affordable this is an excellent place to be in
