It's always a fear that the staff and leadership in senior living won't be good enough for your loved ones, but the folks here are terrific!

My sister has been in the Memory Care Unit for a year. New Perspectives has been the perfect place for her. The staff takes incredible care of her. Everyone who works at the facility is warm and welcoming. New Perspectives has gone above and beyond to take the best care of my sister and my family is so grateful.

Moving a loved one into independent living is never an easy decision, but New Perspectives in Superior, WI, made the transition smooth, reassuring, and truly uplifting. The environment is warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to support both independence and community. The staff goes above and beyond to create a sense of comfort and care, and the residents genuinely seem happy and engaged. The entire facility is clean, bright, and filled with positive energy — a place where people are treated with respect and dignity. A special shoutout to Alex, who is an absolute gem! Patient, kind, and always willing to answer all questions, Alex truly has the residents’ best interests at heart. He responds quickly to texts and communicates clearly, which makes a world of difference during our decision-making process. The leadership here is compassionate and committed. We’re so grateful to have found New Perspectives — it’s more than a facility, it’s a community.

The Pros: The caregivers are amazing. Many of them loved my mom and you could tell my mom loved them. The Cons: There are not enough caregivers. We were lied to about the staff to resident ratios prior to moving my mom there. Most of the food is not appropriate for memory care patients. Their billing practices are horrible. They charge more for base rent for a small room with a bathroom than they do for the care provided. My mom passed away over three weeks ago and today they tried billing us for another month. My dad had to go to the bank and put a stop payment on their transaction. We should not have to deal with this while grieving the loss of my mom.
