I have been a resident here since 09/2025. My heater has been broken for two months, and the management team refuses to have it repaired. They refuse to respond to emails and I've been having to make due entirely on my own without any support from them. It's gotten to the point where I've had to threaten legal action and they still aren't responsive. I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Absolutely horrible experience and completely unprofessional management. I moved out of my apartment at 1008 Deltaview Ln in March 2025. Before leaving, I went in person to the leasing office to make sure there were no outstanding balances. I was explicitly told that nothing was owed, and that if any charge appeared, I would be notified or it would show up in their app, Bilt. I checked the app repeatedly for two months after moving out and there was no balance at all. Then, nine months later, in December 2025, I suddenly start receiving text messages claiming I owe $133, with zero explanation of what the charge is or why it took them almost a year to notify me. Waiting nine months to inform a former tenant of a supposed debt is beyond unacceptable and completely irresponsible. It honestly feels like a last-minute money grab. On top of that, living at this complex was a constant frustration. The pool was almost always closed for “maintenance”, the washers and dryers were frequently broken, and there are not nearly enough machines for the size of the complex, forcing residents to wait forever just to do laundry. The dog area was disgusting all the time, clearly neglected and never properly cleaned. To make things worse, I have been calling for weeks trying to get answers about this mysterious $133 charge, and no one answers the phone or returns calls. Total lack of communication and accountability. I’m posting this review because apparently this is the only way to get management’s attention. I would strongly not recommend this complex to anyone expecting basic professionalism or transparency.

My service request to have my window sealed because the cold air was entering, was done in a very timely manner. I appreciate the quickness of Twan for always getting back to me so quickly. He is always professional and assure us that he is to serve. Thanks Twan

I had a great experience with Miriam, the Assistant Community Director at Rivershore. She has been extremely professional, attentive, and helpful in every interaction. Miriam goes above and beyond to assist residents and always provides clear, timely communication. Her positive attitude and dedication truly make a difference. I appreciate her hard work and the excellent service she provides. Miriam is a wonderful asset to the community.

If you don’t wanna read the whole thing, just look at the cabinets in the pictures . This is what I moved into my very first day absolutely disgusting and stained damaged unit ! This is one of the most disgusting, unprofessional apartment buildings I have ever lived in. I don’t know how Prime Residential and the Rivershore Apartments can call themselves businesses; they prey on marginalized communities and people who do not have a lot of money, using this to their advantage to run a disgusting apartment complex. The whole management team is entirely careless! Miriam has no idea what she’s doing, and Thai is careless and unresponsive. When I first moved in, the apartment was disgusting and had not been clean. The cabinets were damaged entirely and chipped, with dirt all over them. The patio was awful, filled with cobwebs and leaves. The window screens were broken, and maintenance took a while to fix them. The water was brown and dirty most of the time. This place is not worth it. It’s unsafe for children. There have been multiple shootings here. The gates are broken half of the time, but I had no choice but to leave due to a domestic violence situation. Prime Residential ended up charging me mysteriously over $7000 anyway! How in the world do I get charged with $7000? There was no damage to the unit, and I cleaned it better than they had given me. They refuse to provide me with a move-out letter or itemized receipt. I was told by Miriam that I should’ve given them a move-out address, but clearly, she’s incompetent to understand that I’m a domestic violence victim! I had no move-out address to give her, mainly for safety reasons! This apartment building completely disrespected me as a domestic violence victim and did not accommodate me at all, and they did not contact me or try to reach out to me for my move-out charge charges. Thai Is completely disrespectful and insensitive. I will definitely be making sure to take legal action.
