NEW STANDARD SENIOR LIVING AT MILLVILLE (NJ06A003)

This place is a dump. We have been Maintaining the out side of it for a couple years now They never want to pay the bills on time. They always want more and more done with no payment. They will let the weeds grow as tall as a person in the flower beds with no care in the world. We watch the staff chase around old folks. As they ran away The staff will say “we will ship You out of here and you dont want that.”” Also we watched The director of the place spazzing out in the parking lot bc she had to walk in snow during a blizzard. we have that on film As well if any one wants to watch the dash cam.

We have been working with Tiarra Brown and she neglected to tell us that she was going to be leaving for the week. We've been waiting for them to get Sue into the facility... Everything has been completed on Sue's end for weeks now. We are dependent upon them to get her in this facility after 2 months of working with them. I'm not sure this is the proper facility for her or not, considering this situation.

Don't move here. My downstairs neighbor is harassing me with banging on her ceiling, which is my floor. She bangs on.y door at all hours and goes to staff about how I make too much noise, when I did is sit in my chair and watch tv. The nursing staff always comes and tells me she complains and administration says they speak with but the situation has been going on for months and I see no end in sight, unless I move but administration begs me not to move because they claim theyije me but are unable to resolve the issue. I moved out July 30th and they took the Aug rent out of my bank account and will not return the money

I often verbally express my gratitude for New Standard Senior Living in Millville and forget about the google review opportunity. So, here I go, I have an older sibling living there almost two years and I can't say enough great things about the place. First seeing the administrative staff hands on and working together and then the nursing staff, receptionist, aides, etc. I am truly grateful for each one of them and feel they all do a great job. The fact that New Standard accepts Medicaid/SS, making it affordable with private rooms is fantastic and a rarity. And then there are all the niceties that are done so tastefully, (e.g., decorations, flowers, cushioned rocking chairs, pretty landscape) that make it cheerful and classy for an assisted living. And my family member is thriving there and I am thankful.

Looking for a place for my mom. Checked out new standard senior living in Millville. The communication and compassion of the staff was excellent. Looking forward to moving my mom there when they open. The staff answered all my questions and think this is going to be a good fit for my mom. Thank you
