I recently visited the facility and it has been remodeled and modernized. They have the essential amenities necessary in order to provide specialized care to enhance the quality of life of the residents. The admin and nursing staff where cordial and knowledgeable. They were able to answer my questions and address my concerns. I would recommend this facility for anyone who is looking for a patient centered approach toward caring for loves.

I strongly advise against placing your loved one at this facility. My loved one experienced two separate falls while under their care, raising serious concerns about staff skill level and the Director of Nursing’s ability to effectively manage and oversee her team. The facility appears to lack appropriate safety measures and oversight and should be reviewed by Adult Protective Services and the state. In addition to safety issues, the environment is unsanitary, with persistent odors and poor cleanliness. Communication from staff and leadership is consistently inadequate. For the safety and well-being of your loved one, I recommend seeking care elsewhere.

My dad has been here for 5 days and has been sleep the whole time they are giving him waaay too much medication and it’s time to exit left at this point! He has only been able to shower once and the water was freezing. This place is not recommended for your love ones please do not send them there ever!

I had a tour today, and my experience was completely different from what I expected after reading some of the Google reviews — in the best way possible! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and kind. I met several of the staff, including Miss Christina, Victoria, Melissa, and Miss Gillian — all such lovely ladies. The atmosphere was positive, full of good spirits, and I immediately felt a sense of comfort and safety. I truly feel confident bringing my loved one here, and I’m so grateful for the care and compassion shown during my visit.

I speak for day hours, my visiting time, the center appears active with staff and patients moving about well. I haven’t visited during the night shift. One report says it is very noisy and hard for patients to get rest and sleep, during late evening and night shifts! Is this true?
