I can’t say enough about this facility. Maria, the Director was beyond phenomenal Kind and compassionate, as well as RaeAnn, the nurse They went Above and beyond to help me care for my sister who was not easy. The Staff is also attentive Always trying to make the resident comfortable. I highly recommend!

My mother was so well cared for at Newport Beach Memory Care that I can’t think of anything but praise for the Center. The administrative staff as well as the employees who worked directly with Mom were so kind and flexible to her needs. The facility is very clean and the cost was less than other highly regarded facilities. Obviously, this new management walks their talk. There aren’t words to express my deep gratitude for the peace of mind I felt placing her after we could no longer care for Mom ourselves.

I am so grateful for the wonderful care my mother received at Newport Beach Memory Care. We found every member of the staff to be caring and professional. We especially appreciated Maria the Director, Rayenne the supervising nurse, and Lori the marketing director for all their help. My mother was already in Hospice when she moved to NBMC, and the staff worked cooperatively with the hospice providers to make sure my mom received excellent care. I have already recommended NBMC to other families and feel confident that they will receive the same personalized care that my mom was so fortunate to receive.

We really appreciate the time and effort of Lori the Marketing director , she was so nice and all the staff from their Director Maria all the way thru their nurse and admin staff. Very professional people and they were so great. Very nice place so clean, the ambience is so nice . Ideal place for elderly . They are one of the best in town.

The Senior Doc team and I work with the Newport Beach Memory Care team! It is such a beautiful community with an amazing team! Everyone truly cares for each and one of their residents! Lori & Raenne are the best! Highly recommended in Newport Beach!
