Two years ago, my dad went into Central Texas Rehab Hospital to recover from a back injury and severe depression of losing his spouse. From there, they assigned an amazing case worker, Rene Ruiz, who helped find an assisted living facility that my dad was able to afford on his fixed income and receive PT. I went to visit, and immediately knew that Jonah and her team would do right by my dad (you hear and see a lot of horror stories about neglect and abuse in these kind of places so I was being very picky). The rooms are furnished but they allowed us to bring in personal items and helped hang family photos on the wall, his TV, and small furniture to help Dad feel more at home. From birthday parties to holiday celebrations, home cooked meals, games, and even support to take him to vote, my dad has been able to enjoy all of his traditions and meet new friends along the way. Today, he's recovered to the point that he no longer needs to be in assisted living. This all because of the caring team and environment at North Austin Senior Living. I recommend them to everyone.

My mother was at NASL for about 2 years. The proprietor was very caring, loving and professional in handling my mother's increasingly frail health. She was also very helpful in navigating additional resources for my mother with the veterans and hospice. I will forever be grateful for her help.

My mom moved in at the beginning of Covid until her passing. They really made her feel special. They were accommodating when we had family wanting to see her. Ms. Joanna bought a birthday cake two years for mom! Just tell Joanna if you need anything and she will make it right.

My wife and I had the privilege of staying at North Austin Senior Living before she passed away. The care provided there was outstanding. The proprietor was continually helpful in making our stay as comfortable as possible. Twenty four hours a day was never a problem. An atmosphere of love and caring was typical.
