They took very good care of a friend of mine Dale for over 4 years until he passed. They provided him three meals a day. They bathe him, give him his medication provided Transportation and they catered to him. Jorge was great thank you so much for all that you do for all the elderly people in there. I am grateful that you help my friend.

This facility has broken numerous federal laws by not having a working telephone number, switches relay info to prevent certian calls from going in from active telephone number to mobile phone with no voicemail setup. Hung Up on a TTY operator for the Deaf (FCC Report filed for FEDERAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS infraction) Stole fathers belongings on death, not informing next of kin or wife of death & possessions transport (ANOTHER FEDERAL CRIME AND REPORTED TO BOTH FLORIDA AND FBI)

If 0 stars was an option I’d have chosen that. The administrator Catherine accused my family of stealing social security checks from their mother because they hadn’t realized that the insurance didn’t pay the bill. Word of advice, if someone is trying to explain that they didn’t realize they had to pay because their insurance had told them something else, the correct answer is certainly not “this isn’t a homeless shelter” nor is it “you’re beating around the bush”. Where is the professionalism??? If you care about the care your loved one will receive I suggest you look elsewhere.

Katherine the owner is really rude and unprofessional. When my mom In law first got there. They didn’t explain the rules we couldn’t tour the place. The patients there just not getting treated good. They let them go out the facility and come back when they want. One patient walking around with an ankle monitor. That place looks like a shelter. Some staff cares and some don’t. Don’t send your loves one here. Someone needs to do an investigation and inspection there

My personal experience with this facility has been a wonderful and learning experience. Some of the employees have taught me what having true patience is all about. One of the most important things that I believe should be improved there is there menu. They already have 1 amazing and talented cook there, let her have more creativity in that area and things would improve in a positive direction. Second, to have more activities for certain residents. Their time there would be more enjoyable. I surely hope that these changes will be considered in the future for their residents.
