NORTH RIDGE

I am in love with the facility and the staff here! I recently moved my mom here from another facility not 2 minutes away. The difference is night and day! My mom bless her heart can be very challanging. She loves to test the staff. They are so patient with her. Jamie and Jade are so patient with moms shenanigans. Jamie has called me with concerns for my mom and is so professional. The last facility rarly even returned my calls or emails! You can just tell everyone cares there and takes such pride. Amanda, Shelly & Cortney have been absoultely amazing and so helpful in removing my mom from a very bad and dangerous assisted living facility very quickly. Shelly even came to do mom's assessment in the hospital on Christmas Eve! I actually sleep at night now knowing my mom is well taken care of. The place is so clean eveytime I go there! Such a huge difference from the last place. I dreaded visiting my mom at the other facility. It smelled so awful and moms room was so bad you could not even go into her bathroom! Every single time I have visited mom at North Ridge her room is spotless and so are all the common areas. Everyone is so welcoming! The last facility could not even follow doctors orders and put my mom at a very serious health risk. Here at North Ridge they follow everything to a "T". Mom is not allowed to eat in her room and this is so great because now she is socializing again. She has not done that in a year! They have outings and great activities. I cannot wait for summer! The only outings my mom has gone on in the last year have been to doctors and when I took her to the cranberry fest or out to lunch. North Ridge does boat rides, petting zoos and so much more! A special thank you to Shelly for meeting us at the hospital on Christmas Eve and to Brooke at St. Michaels & the awesome team at Inclusa for all her help to protect my mom.

They took very good care of my mother for over three years. Caregivers were excellent and gave me peace of mind.
