I have not been to Friendship Manor

The more experienced staff are more friendly and thoughtful. The younger staff members I find, don't speak to residents when they walk in the room. Rude. Is that how you would want your family member treated?One staff member eating her lunch at nurses station, shoving food down her throat as people go by. Talking and laughing loudly in-between forks of food. It is embarrassing and totally unprofessional. Eat in your break room. Care about yourself being a giver of Healthcare versus some lazy, loud mouth, wanna be important but you're not because you're too lazy.

Horrible customer service I was literally harassed so much by a employe named christy she called my phone over and over and left nasty voicemales which I still have they have done nothing that they promise such as activities and for my fathers 83 year old wife to do then when I called about the harassment they go and tell a 83 year old lady im banned from the property I am all this lady has she has no family anymore and they have her so upset its not professional and I thought that the old ways of this place was in the past but the management shows way different do not let your loved ones stay here they will be treated as trash
