My mother has adapted well at this assisted living facility after having a very difficult time when my father passed away. The owners and caregivers have been compassionate and tremendously helpful every step of the way. The facility is immaculate. I visit routinely and the residence is always pleasant and bright and the caregivers are always attentive and warm. We take comfort in the fact that my mother is safe, comfortable, and surrounded by people she can trust and depend on for her daily needs, including her healthcare. Without hesitation, I would recommend this assisted living home to other families.

Mom, now requiring assisted care, has lived at NVAL for two months and the transition has gone smoothly for the family. Mom loves her caregivers and has told us she is comfortable in the home and says the meals are very good. When visiting with her in her private room she is anxious to be with "the group", wanting to continue our visit in the living area. (I think she doesn't want to miss out on the activities.) The activities such as bingo and musical entertainment keeps her stimulated along with reading the newspaper daily. It gives the family peace of mind knowing she is in a safe and secure home with medical care provided on site when needed along with medication management.

I am a professional nurse visiting patients at this facility. They treat their residents with dignity and respect, giving choices regarding their care. Following doctor orders and giving compassionate care.
