Northlake House

All I can say is wow…just…wow. I never thought I would ever find myself in a situation where I would have to find the right facility for my loved one. I’ve only ever heard bad rumors about senior living, especially memory care. But not this place. First off what caught me off guard was the atmosphere and environment. It was nothing like I expected. The tour was phenomenal and every concern and question was answered with detail and peace of mind. Tara the ED and Crystal the SM were genuine and intentional and so accommodating the entire time. This place and its staff have already overturned my opinion on establishments such as these and I will be considering heavily. Side Note: the courtyard with the dog and doghouse is such a cute touch!

My family and I can’t say enough good things about this nursing home! The staff truly go above and beyond for their residents — they’re kind and make everyone feel like family. The building is always clean and welcoming, and there are so many activities that keep residents happy and engaged. Knowing my loved one is cared for so well gives me so much peace of mind. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that feels like home!
