NORTHLAND LODGE ASSISTED LIVING

We moved my father-in-law to Northland Lodge last year and cannot tell you how happy we are. Christina the director is like a family member! Tonight she brought in food for dinner, paid for by her, for the residents! She is one of a kind, my dad just called me to tell me how special she was!

Cna and ra’s are great! Unfortunately they have to cook the 3 breakfast meals per week and rest of days is cold cereal( totally unacceptable) the other 2 meals per day are in most cases also unacceptable!! People are paying high buck for basically their homes for the rest of their lives and can’t even get a home cooked meal!!! Would this big corporation be wanting to stick their family member here? It doesn’t take much to have an actual cook who makes home cooked meals!!!! This place has manyyyy facilities… are all run like this??? These places are short staffed enough to not have to cook meals also!!! Is it asking to much to atleast get good meals for your last years of life?!

Just recently moved my Grandfather from South Florida. I cannot say enough great things about this facility. The staff is friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. They are on call 24/7 to help him with whatever he could want. He loves the food and the activities. We love visiting and sitting by the fire with the other residents. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, loving place for a loved one.

I love the care the FIL is receiving during his stay at Northland. The staff is friendly & kind to my FIL & communicate well with the family. I would definitely recommend Northland to anyone looking for an assisted living facility.

Have to borderline argue with staff,(first shift) to get out for a cigarette break. Not happy! Breakfast made me sick to my new stomach.
