NORTHPOINTE RETIREMENT COMMUNITY

I just wish that some of the staff who are at Northpointe, had family living there. Hopefully the situation and caring would be better. Communication is also a big problem. There has been untrue statements made by staff members with one of the assistant members hanging up on a family member. This is unacceptable and Should be reported. Do not let your love one goes there and if you have a love one there, get them OUT..now 🙏🙏🙏

I've had my disabled brother at WP for a year and a half now. We are VERY pleased with his living situation there, the care he receives and the value. He likes the food, the interior is always kept clean and orderly and the nurses manage his medications and medical appointments very well. This modest facility offers a good value with a caring staff.

Not very clean outside has a lot of wasps nest everywhere, staff isn't very polite, food sucks ,

Awful place I was there 6 months, ceiling fell in on one lady, they abuse residents, the offer nothing for residents, nor do they take you out any place, Zac Leyer is a bold face lier , don't believe anything he tells you, food is ok at best. They tell you that they offer swimming, no water in the pool, they say they have snacks good luck getting one, they say they take you to Walmart and other places, does not happen. I seen residents sent to there rooms from the dining room and told they could not eat. It goes on and on, if you love your family member don't put them in here, it's dirty and simply a awful place.
