Cello Memory Care

This place has a new name its now Cello & it is a beautiful property. I followed the gps easily to the address. The administrator was kind and gave me an on the spot tour. The maintenance personnel was busy fixing a faucet and the care attendant was tidying up a bathroom. All components of the house were clicking along. The home was clean, organized and calm. The residents were happy, rooms were in order, the home was not chaotic. It is a locked unit for safety of the residents. The grounds are well kept and the patio area is lovely. I did see a transport van in the parking lot as well. I was told about activities offered to residents, as well as an RN on staff, med techs and an in-house doctor. It says alot about a building that has no problem dropping everything and offering an unscheduled tour. It shows they are transparent and welcoming first and foremost.
