I am a marketer for a Hospice facility. When I visit the communities I love to feel that the staff is very welcoming and the facility looks very clean. Also, I make sure I see the clients with good hygiene and in good spirits. My experience was great with the Manager, Nyesha. She greeted me with a smile and allowed for me to provide my information. Sophya's Assisted Living has been a truly loving and supportive home for my dad. The staff have consistently treated him with the highest level of professionalism and care. The home's environment is clean, welcoming, and warm with staff members who show genuine compassion, respect, and love for the elderly. All staff have many years of experience, and their expertise shines through in the way they have attended to my dad's needs. I could tell that they deeply cared for my dad, making sure he was as comfortable as possible and had everything he needed. If you want your loved one to be more than just a number in a large nursing home and want to provide them with a peaceful, nurturing environment where they will receive personalized attention and genuine care, you should not hesitate to consider Sophya's Assisted Living.

My family could not have asked for more care concern and loving attention than the staff gave us. It is a beautiful place very well kept very clean and knowledgeable staff. We thank them so much for their care and concern for our loved one. Their communication and reporting the status of our loved one was always on point and timely. The attention to their tasks was always immediate and always showing such Loving Care and concern for the situation with their patient. There aren't enough stars in the sky to give them the proper rating they deserve. God bless this caring home and each staff member. Sophya's House was a perfect home for my grandmother. Not only was she so well taken care of but they became family. They offered support for the whole family. The house is clean and the residents are so well taken care of that we could not have asked for anything better. The staff is well trained and genuinely care for each person. They are conscious about the care about the rehabilitation and well being of their residents. They made the process of end of life situations so much more peaceful for us all. The communication was also amazing. Thank you Esther and staff for your gentle caring and kind care you gave and continue to offer to our family.

Sophya's is the epitome of professionalism and kindness in the elder care industry. This home is beautifully appointed and inviting, immediately giving a sense of home with its central living and dining area and surrounded by a split floor plan that allows for privacy in the bedrooms while still being close to the center of activity. Natural light streams into the home and there is a beautiful patio to enjoy. The staff LOVE their residents as if they were their own family members. The home manager, Esther, is the daughter of Sophya, who started the home, and carries her mother's passion for caring for elders with compassion and excellence. Esther was always available to answer our questions, and expressed such kindness to us as family. We brought my mother-in-law to Sophya's after she began hospice care, and Esther coordinated with the agency to provide the outstanding round the clock care that ensured my mother-in-law's comfort in a peaceful setting for her last days. We were so very thankful for this wonderful care home and would recommend it highly to anyone with the need for elder care for their loved one. I've attached a picture of the beautiful room provided to us for my mother-in-law's hospice care. It was cheery and spotless and peaceful, and the staff were always attentive.
