My uncle stayed at nursing helping Hands for several years before passing. Our experience was very good. Staff was excellent and always helpful. They were very patient with my uncle which had early onset dimensions and suffered from Parkinson’s. I definitely would recommend nurses helping Hands to others. I’d like to thank them for all the great work they did with my uncle. Mark S

I can’t say enough about what a blessing Nurse’s Helping Hands was in a time of great stress for our family. Jeanne and her staff provided a loving space for my father as he struggled with his health in what turned out to be his final months. He was not always the easiest resident, but this experienced and compassionate staff cared for him like a member of the family. Dad’s residency there provided a level of stimulation that helped him have some brighter days at the end. The facility is welcoming and provides continuous stimulation for its residents. They coordinated my dad’s care with hospice, with helped eased the burden on my mom and I, who were going through this for the first time. Thank you so much. Your care and compassion will be remembered always.

My mom spent her last few years as a resident of Nurses Helping Hands and I honestly don't think a better comparable facility could be found anywhere. Every member of the staff is friendly and caring and knows each resident as an individual; there is definitely a feeling of family. Andre the chef is fabulous --he and his sweet treats were one of Mom's favorites, and as a previously "picky" eater, she ate nearly everything he prepared! The director, Jeanne always took the time to send photos of mom enjoying activities and celebrations, in addition to always being willing to set up video calls between mom and me while I was out of state. When it was time for mom to enter Hospice, knowing her end of life care could continue at Nurses Helping Hands was a huge relief. I will always be grateful for the love and care given to my mom at Nurses Helping Hands.

If I could rate this place a 20/10 I would! My nanny is currently a resident there and they truly care for their residents like family. I was very apprehensive at first at the thought of a family member going to an ALF. Everyone always tells the horror stories. Here, my anxiety was completely alleviated. On a tour, Jeanne spent over an hour showing me the room, the dining area, activities, and answering every question I had. I saw how their excellent staff knows and cares for each of their residents. I am communicated with frequently and kept updated on my nanny’s care. I visit frequently and can see how well she, and the others, are cared for. This place is truly a gem and my family is so blessed to have our loved one here. Thank you, Jeanne, Clem, Heidi, Cory, Marlene, Susan, Cell, Adora, and to MANY, MANY MORE wonderful staff members at Nurse’s Helping Hands. My nanny has had a hard time adjusting to this new normal, but she now truly calls this place “home” and it means the world to us and her.

If I could give Nurses Helping Hands more than 5 stars I would. We placed my mother there after visiting the facility and never regretted it for a minute. The entire staff took care of my mom like she was their only resident. They were so caring, and comforting. They went above and beyond many times to meet her needs. They were so compassionate. I and my siblings felt like we'd placed her in an actual loving home. I felt like part of the caring family myself. The admin are in easy contact and even when I had to go back home they kept in contact. They have numerous activities and parties and the food is good also. I would not hesitate to place a loved one there. I would place myself there. Really love this assisted living home and the staff. God Bless Nurses Helping Hands.
