OAK CREEK ASSISTED LIVING ALGOMA

Have been here 15 months. Overall my stay has been very satisfactory. The meals are usually tasty and the care is kind. Only complaint is about one of the staff who has been very unkind to me but when I complained to the administrator it did no good. The said staff member lied to the administrator, and I was told by other staff members that the Administrator will always defend that particular staff member without listening to both sides of the complaint. I am afraid of this being posted publicly because I will receive recriminations. However, I am being honest regardless of any backlash.
