OAK CREST VILLA

Not happy with this place at all. I called to speak with someone in the admitting office.I was told that because A very short while later i called to speak to my mother and was told to call later. I waited for a few hours, Then i got a call from there telling me that my mother fell and passed away. How can that happen when she was supposed to be cared for by them?? I haven't gotten any answers yet but I'm not letting this go. My brothers and sister would like answers themselves So this is not over. of all of the death's happened occurred on her shift. The office manager is who I'm speaking of. The situation there is suspicious. Our mother was parked at a table, there was never anyone tending to her, for God sakes she was 96. In the morning I'll look to see which agency she was admitted by. We never were introduced to a doctor Or nurse for that matter. The whole situation is very troubling and needs to be investigated.
