I’m a former employee. The management there is terrible! They allow coworkers who don’t do their job and allow coworkers who harass others to stay employed. Most employees don’t even give the residents the time or care they deserve. All in all this is the WORST facility I ever gave my time to.

Wonderful compassionate caregivers and staff. Very welcoming and family like. Needs some updates but they have new management and ownership as of May 1st. and lots of good things coming.

My father was very reluctant to enter a retirement facility. However after being their for the past month he really likes it. I can honestly say that I have noticed a huge difference in him both mentally and physically. He is way more attentive and active than I have seen him in years. He likes all the employees and interacts with all of them. I can rest easy knowing that he is well taken care of. Thank you all at oak lane for making him feel at home and not just a place to live.
