OAK PARK PLACE OF MENASHA

My family and I are extremely unhappy with the fact that you guys let Christian go, he was such a great asset to Oak Park Place. Something needs to be done. I have spoke to couple families and they also agree. Christian not just made the residents feel comfortable but actually brightened up their days!

This property cares about its residents and staff and makes it feel like a true home. The property is beautiful and they always deliver the best experience tailored to its residents. I had the pleasure of playing Chinese checkers with the residents and it was a great time for all of us. If you are looking for your next home Oak Park Place is the one for you and your family!

Our family recently had the difficult decision of moving loved ones from an independent lifestyle to a care facility more attentive to their increased needs. Although there were many places that could fulfill those needs, we feel that we made the right decision in choosing Oak Park Place in Menasha. It's the people at this place and their cheerful, positive attitudes that make it special. From our first meeting with Matt K, the Sales Director to follow-up meetings with Samantha F, the Director of Housing and with meeting Eric, the Maintenance Director, Stephanie, the Activities Assistant, A.J. and the entire nursing staff, everyone has shown an understanding to our expectations and they sincerely seem committed to providing the best possible care for our loved ones. Thank you Oak Park Place and keep up the good work! TWO MONTH UPDATE; We continue to feel fortunate to have found Oak Park Place. Our loved ones have flourished in their new environment and that's because of the attention and care that the entire staff provides for the residents. Not only those staff members that I mentioned above but also the care staff that they interact with daily including but not limited to Christian, Zoe, Madie, Jody and all the others. Thank you ALL for the excellent jobs that you do and keep up the good work!

I have nothing but great things to say about this facility. Management goes above and beyond to ensure residents are treated well and get the best care possible in the area. I highly recommend this facility to anyone. Residents rooms are BEAUTIFUL and have an amazing view Also a HUGE shoutout to Christian for an amazing care and for being very professional. Mom felt very comfortable and really likes him. He explained every step he took which I was very impressed and how he communicated! My family and I are extremely happy.

We are movers and recently moved a couple into this facility. We go into a lot of assisted living spaces and this one stands out. It is clean and spacious with a lot of amenities for the residents. The staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. (especially Matt K) And some mover insight....They have motion sensors on the entrance doors, very nice. And there are 2 large elevators, also very nice. Good for moving and the fact that they have 2 shouldn't leave the residents without the use of an elevator if one were to have an issue. There are a lot of details that show they really care about the resident's experience.
