Hi my name is Erin, it's crazy I just came across this website so I thought I should share my story of my grandmother stay at Oak Creek she had Alzheimer's she was a beautiful woman very loving Oak Creek was a nice place the caregiver's were very nice and respectful but the one person who stood out the most was Ashley she had one of the most beautiful hearts with each and every resident especially my grandmother she barely remember anyone but she remembered Ashley I must admit I was a bit jealous at first but then I realized my grandmother was in good hands. I would recommend Oak Creek if you are looking for a home for a family member.☺️
