OAKDALE HEIGHTS OF REDDING

This is the most caring, loving, and safe space for residents. My parents both came here in 2024. We are so impressed with the level of care, the aides who know everyone by name and really care about the residents, and the administrators who immediately jump on any issues (usually with outside providers) and resolve them quickly. The food is so good that we sometimes eat with Mom (Dad passed in March). Anyone looking for a place for their parents need look no further than Oakdale Heights. This is the best place for Mom and we are so glad we found it.

The first time we visited Oakdale, we stopped looking at other places for our dad. The administration and all the employees are awesome and the facility is clean and has everything he needs. The best thing is he his very happy and they take good care of him. He is also making new friends and that is something he did not get living with the family. This was a good decision for him and our family.

Just wow honestly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our experience with Oakdale Heights Assisted Living has been absolutely wonderful from start to finish. From the very first tour we could tell this community truly cares about its residents and their families. The staff greeted us with warmth and genuine hospitality making us feel instantly comfortable and welcome. The tour was detailed and personal, with every question answered thoughtfully. We were shown the beautiful living spaces the cozy common areas and all the activities that make Oakdale Heights feel like home. It was clear that the team takes great pride in keeping everything clean inviting and full of life. When it came time for move in the staff went above and beyond to make the transition smooth and stress-free even when we can be difficult sometimes as this is all new they were incredibly attentive patient and understanding helping with every detail big and small. Their compassion and professionalism made what could have been an emotional process into something uplifting and positive. You can really tell the team at Oakdale Heights is passionate about what they do. The residents are treated like family and that sense of care shines through in every interaction. We couldn’t be more grateful for the peace of mind and comfort Oakdale Heights has given our loved one. I love Oakdale Heights Assisted Living and I wish all communities for the elderly were run this way. I love coming here to visit my loved one because I know how well they take care of her. The care staff is amazing with her and treat her like she is family. The food is delicious, it is never something she complains about and it is always clean and staffed. Everyone I’ve met has gone above and beyond and that is exactly why my family moved her here. They care all the way around and it shows. I am so grateful to know that my loved one is in such good hands. Thank you Oakdale Heights staff for all that you do!

We changed from the “best” assisted living place in Redding to Oakdale. Oakdale is a vast improvement over the other place. Our mom is getting great care in a more home like setting. She loves the food because it is less restaurant like and more like you’d cook at home. It’s a comfort thing. And her caregivers are actually helping her to improve her physical strength and mobility instead of just letting her sit… the entire staff is tremendous and if I have questions or concerns, they are addressed almost immediately. We are glad mom, who is 91, Is in a place we can trust. Highly recommend Oakdale for your loved ones…
