OAKLEY PLACE

We had to move my mother and father-in-law into Oakley Place as “emergency move-ins” from a different state. The management team was very understanding, concerned for our family and very helpful. The process went much more smoothly than I expected. My in-laws did not want to leave their home. Now my mother-in-law says she feels very safe and loved every time we visit. She now wishes she would have agreed to move sooner. The caregivers have been amazing, always kind and helpful. Her call button was not working this week. I walked out to ask the caregiver if the alarm went off. The maintenance man overheard me from the other room. He immediately got up and asked about it. He then replaced her batteries immediately. We have been more than pleased with the care that my mother and father-in-law have been receiving at Oakley Place.

I was pleased with my loved one's respite care there. As we transitioned from home care to a facility, they were a great stop gap in between. I was especially impressed when the staff recommend that my loved one might do better at a facility with a dedicated memory care unit. That showed a lot of integrity to value the residents' well being over money. Highly recommend.

My grandpa has been living here for a little over a year now, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions our family has ever made. Every time I visit him, he seems genuinely happy, relaxed, and cared for — and that means the world to us. The staff treats him like he’s part of their own family. They’re patient, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile, whether it’s helping him get around, making sure he’s comfortable, or just sitting with him to chat. I’ve watched them interact with other residents too, and the amount of respect and compassion they show is something you don’t see everywhere. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with real care and dignity, I can’t recommend this place enough.
