My experience has been wonderful thanks primarily to the Sales Director, Pricilla. She has made me feel welcomed and cared for since speaking to me on the phone since day one. Since arriving, she and caregivers as well as the activities director , Annabelle, have gone out of their way to make me feel at home. I was reticence about moving to assisted living but I can’t recommend it enough. The food is very good, and I am a picky eater so that’s a plus. The maintenance staff lead by Antonio, are kind, courteous and efficient. My housecleaner, Nellie, is sweet and efficient. I can’t recommend this facility enough.

My mom has been at Oakmont of Chino Hills for a month and she is loving it! We looked at so many and decided this was the best fit for her. Pricilla the Marketing Director is awsome. Helped in all aspects and found the perfect room for her. Pam the Business Director is also awsome and has helped with all the Business related things! Not to mention all the staff! Everyone is super nice! Definitely recommend!

My mom has been a resident of Oakmont Chino hills for over 10 years. It is so hard to feel confident that your loved one is being properly cared for when you’re not around. HOWEVER, I trust the staff at Oakmont implicitly (special “kudos” to Delores, Sabrina, Maria, Shavon, Hugo … the list goes on & on). The entire staff is focused on taking incredible care of their residents. I have repeatedly witnessed care staff go above & beyond/outside of her job description to ensure my mom is cared for & safe. Every day I thankful that we chose Oakmont Chino Hills … they are AMAZING 💖

My mom has been living at Oakmont for 10 months and is doing very well there. What has impressed me the most is the staff. Everyone there knows her name and they go out of their way to make her feel at home and comfortable. I was visiting today and noticed how she lights up when George (her favorite employee) visits her. He was her first "friend" at Oakmont and took her under his wing to make sure that she met people and got involved in some of the numerous activities that are offered. He continues to be the bright spot of her day and still works to keep her engaged. He has a way with seniors that is amazing. He sees them for the people they were as well as the people they are now. When she was sick earlier this year, it was comforting to know that he was always there to cheer her up on a down day. I highly recommend Oakmont for your senior loved one. Be sure to ask for George. He will help them fit right in.
