OAKMONT OF CONCORD

Every senior living community has its own energy, and you usually feel it the moment you walk through the doors. In my line of work, I visit many assisted living communities, and Oakmont of Concord really shines. Beyond the beautifully maintained property, there is a sense of calm and care here. The community feels (and smells) fresh, welcoming, and well run. But what really makes Oakmont special are the people. The Executive Director San is exceptional. He is warm, approachable, and a great communicator. When he’s not out on the floor supporting residents and staff, he can easily be found in his office often with the door wide open ready to greet any pop-in guest with a smile. Leadership like that is a RARE find! The other directors and coordinators, including Marci, Kammy, Jewell, and Julia Anne, are also wonderful and easy to get to know. Their themed events and holiday celebrations are so well done, the staff gets all dressed up, and you can tell they're engaged and enjoy working together bringing all the fun to the residents. We’ve worked with several families whose loved ones live at Oakmont, and their feedback consistently reflects trust, satisfaction, and appreciation for the care their loved ones receive. Running an assisted living community is not easy. It takes a tremendous amount of team effort which requires not only coordination and dedication but also incredible compassion. Oakmont is filled with people who show up with these qualities day in and day out. Every time I come here, I feel like I am a welcomed guest in someone's beautiful home. I can honestly say this place has masted the art of hospitality. Keep up the great work Oakmont!

I’ve worked with San Sor and the team at Oakmont of Concord for the past two years, and my experience has been consistently positive. I visit many senior living communities, and under San’s leadership, this is one of the best. He’s present, engaged, and clearly sets the tone for the culture there. The community is clean, well maintained, and every time I visit I’m greeted warmly by staff throughout the building. We’ve also collaborated on dementia training and conversations around senior isolation, and the team has always been professional and thoughtful. If my own mom ever needed this level of care, I would feel comfortable having her at Oakmont of Concord.

Oakmont of Concord is a gorgeous, pristine assisted living community. Staff members are attentive and the directors conduct themselves in a professional manner. Importantly, the residents are very engaged in activities, and likely to greet passersby with genuine warmth and politeness.

Oakmont is a wonderful senior living community! What makes it even more special are the people there. There are friendly staff and residents! I would highly recommend Oakmont of Concord to anyone in need of Assisted Living or Memory Care for their loved ones!

Oakmont of Concord was our mom's home for almost 7 yrs. We appreciate the clean, bright and welcoming atmosphere. While it is a lovely building, its most attractive part is the consistently personal care from staff, who supported her both physically and emotionally. Mom was 101 when she passed, and as her health declined, she was able to remain in her apartment and receive increasing levels of gentile, positive care. Oakmont is an outstanding assisted living facility.
