OAKMONT OF EL DORADO HILLS

I have a poor relationship with my grandmother and even then I still regret sending her here. The times I visited I saw utensils with old food scraps stuck like glue and smelled like mildew left overnight in a sink. Elderly people are already compromised in terms of health. Hygeine standards need improvement.

The key helped out with my father-in-law for a little over 2 1/2 years. They did an amazing job. The caregivers were always very attentive and thoughtful, and whenever we needed help from anyone in the office, Brian was always there to help us.

We love Oakmont. They have excellent leadership and management. The staff treat the residence like family. The team is always professional, caring, respectful, and more importantly, they are reliable and available when requested. We highly recommend Oakmont as a residence!

We love it here, I moved my parents in Day One of their opening, it is very difficult to find good memory care, and we've had previous bad experiences. They were both content, well fed, safe, with great staff. After my dad passed away recently, and I moved mom to smaller place, she continued to do even better than when she first moved in. She is more conversational, likes her independence, really likes going to meals and sitting with people, or choosing to watch her favorite programs in her room. They also bring in various entertainment, and have creative parties! I tell people how the routine, the care, the excellent quality of the place overall, has improved her and you can tell she is content. She loves all the staff like family, I do too, they welcome visitors (some places do not). The incredible job they all did during the struggles of COVID and hiring challenges has been amazing. None of these type places are cheap, but it is worth it to get the best and know your loved ones are treated kindly as they age and change.

Oakmont of El Dorado Hills has a fantastic team. Each one excels at their responsibilities and is compassionate and caring for the residents. I highly recommend Oakmont and would not hesitate to encourage my parents and loved ones to move here.
