OAKMONT OF LODI

Everything at Oakmont of Lodi looked amazing it’s a pretty nice place. All staff are really sweet specially Caregivers, Housekeeping and the Front Desk ladies. I went in for a tour couple days ago on a Wednesday and the Marketing Director seemed kind of off and rude, I had went another day just to see the facility again to see if it convinced me but Marketing Director never picked up text messages or calls I would send her on her cellphone to make an appointment to have another tour. Besides that I fell in love with what a nice place Oakmont is.

Oakmont is a beautiful assistant living, The first day I walked in, I was absolutely amazed by how beautiful this facility was. And I knew that we had to have our cousin here. The staff was so helpful and welcoming, and helped us set everything up to get her moved in. Everyone was so gracious and friendly everywhere we went in the facility. She was very happy at Oakmont and I highly recommend this location. Lourdes was great explaining everything about Oakmont and what they provide. And Shannon gave us so many details and helped us set everything up. She even went as far as to call the location where our cousin was at to make sure that they would have her on the right day sent to us. I don’t have enough words to explain how much we appreciate everyone that works there from start to finish. Thank you 💕

Oakmont of Lodi is a very nice assisted living community. The building is very nice, everything looks new. I like that they have a lot of fun activities for the residents. They throw holiday parties and they have outings where they take residents to restaurants outside the facility which is nice for the residents who can’t get out on their own. I feel much more comfortable with my grandma staying here after getting a chance to visit. Thank you for everything your team does for her. She had nothing but good things to say.

The facility is fabulous, but the staff is better! Every single person I came in contact with while visiting my grandmother was loving and gentle. As a family member, we had a lot of questions about her care and progression; they made sure to get the right people in the room to answer our questions in words that non-medical professionals can understand. I appreciate the staff for giving a piece of themselves everyday to take care of every resident everyday. These are special people!

Oakmont of Lodi is beyond BEAUTIFUL! This facility is a MUST-see! Working with Shannon in marketing was a phenomenal experience. She was so friendly & helpful, she truly made everything so streamlined, from beginning to end. Their ability to work with patients who have difficulty acclimating to their new environment is professional, compassionate, and understanding! You will adore this place for your loved one....go check it out!
