PREMA AT ASHTON HILLS

I have been thinking of writing this review for a few months now because there aren't enough words to express how thankful I am for each employee and volunteer at Prema at Ashton Hills. I wholeheartedly appreciate the exceptional level of care my mom receives, the impeccable and pristine condition of the building, the professionalism and genuine kindness of employees and volunteers, and the warm family environment. Every time I visit my mom I have enjoyed conversations with volunteers and employees. I also participate in some of the activities when visiting her, and they are a lot of fun! My mom enjoys going on the Prema bus to restaurants and the nail salon, as she enjoys social activities. The employees and volunteers have had a positive impact on me because it is hard at times to see the physical and mental changes in a family member, and for this, I am grateful.

We toured and it is a beautiful facility, and the residents seemed happy and entertained while being cared for by their sweet staff. We ended up not needing to move my mother here yet, but I have to say that Jennifer, Melissa, Heather and Robin took so much time to discuss our particular needs with us, make recommendations on things that may help our family and they really took time with us to understand our needs and I’m completely blown away by how much these ladies care, whether it benefits them or not. Thank you all for your kindness! You are truly appreciated.

Thank to all of the staff at the Oaks of Ashton Hills. My Mom was given the best care, everyone was like family. It is a wonderful place. There was always some type of fun activity or entertainment that engaged the residents! I knew she was well taken care of and that all of the staff cared about her.

Our family and our loved one loves the Oaks. The staff and residents are amazing! The facility is new and has the look and feel of a ski lodge! The Oaks offers excellent extracurricular activities keeping the residents busy and entertained. The on staff Chef delights the residents tummies 3 times a day and families our encouraged to partake as often as they desire. I highly recommend this senior living community!

Since moving our mother to The Oaks at Ashton Hills memory care unit, we have been very happy with her care and the facility. It is a brand new and state of the art facility but we are treated like family. There are so many activities designed to keep her active and involved, always something fun going on. And families are invited, engaged and supported as well. The staff members are friendly, caring and do a great job of meeting the needs of the dementia patients, who are all so different with different needs. I finally feel comfortable leaving Mom because I know she is happy and being well taken care of!
