Oaks at Grove Park

This place is not what it seems. The person will show you around and make this place seem so great but I investigated further before putting my mother there. They have high staff turnover and are always short staffed because the core staff that has been there for years is rude and toxic. I overheard one staff member speaking very degrading to a resident during my tour. The call light don't get answered. That's all I heard while there.

I toured this facility for my loved one and received excellent results. For a private pay facility, that uses long term care policies, it’s very nice. The facility is warm & welcoming, the residents seem to like it there. They have a chef, a salon, a chapel & studio & apartment style rooms. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, whether it’s assisted living or memory care; they offer both. They encourage family members to be involved & visit.
