OAKS AT GROVE PARK

I toured this facility for my loved one and received excellent results. For a private pay facility, that uses long term care policies, it’s very nice. The facility is warm & welcoming, the residents seem to like it there. They have a chef, a salon, a chapel & studio & apartment style rooms. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, whether it’s assisted living or memory care; they offer both. They encourage family members to be involved & visit. Nice place when first opened with quality care partners. My mother was not taken care of and they would not keep her camera on in her room. She was in memory care. They let her fall and told me nothing only ER said kidney failure. She laid on floor too long. Towel bars pulled from wall. Sinful and shameful what they charge. Beautiful place but care is horrible!!

Our move in was smooth and well coordinated when we moved my father-in law into memory care. Clayton was awesome... he always responded immediately to phone calls and texts. Staff here seems friendly and caring. A good friend of mine said his mother was in memory care here and the family was very happy with the Oaks. I can now see why they were happy.

My sister and I are so VERY THANKFUL for the Oaks at Grove Park. Our Mother lives in Horizons, the memory care community and she is very happy there. Especially in this time of shut down, we sleep well at night knowing she is being loved and taken care of. All the managers and workers provide the best possible home for her. We highly recommend the Oaks at Grove Park.

Oaks at Grove Park is a beautiful community. I had been there numerous times for events, so when I made the decision to seek a new living arrangement for my father, I knew Oaks is where I wanted him to be. His needs are met, and though I can't visit him, I see photos on Facebook regularly and it's evident he's happier and he always looks great. Thanks to the team at Oaks for all you do for your residents!
