Oakwood Health Campus

My Dad is currently a resident at Oakwood in Tell City and he is thriving there!! They are all so kind and attentive to all of his needs. He loves all the activities that they provide. He always enjoys his meals and the fellowship with the other residents. Everyone treats him with patience and respect. I am also treated like family at Oakwood, just like my Dad. Thank you all so very much!!

Very impressed when walking in and observing the care that is given. One honorable thing that stands out to me is those whom have🕯️ passed away the employees take it upon themselves to have a candle 🕯️with a small memorial🕯️ in regards to the person🕯️ set up in the hallway. Keep up the great work ladies and gentlemen...for our elderly are our history that has built American and I'm very impressed with the warm love that I feel and witness when visiting the residents!!! My mom did therapy there at Oakwood. They did an amazing job with getting her back up and going. We Would recommend Oakwood to anyone. Plus they have amazing nursing staff and therapy staff. And the food is really amazing with lots of chooses. Once again I thank the staff at Oakwood for taking care of my mother there.

big shout out to all staff at Oakwood : my dad was a resident here at oakwood and my brother in law is presently at oakwood and is receiving excellent care. his therapist , and nursing staff are amazing. management keeps me updated on insurance and d/c updates. couldn't ask for better care.

I don't think anyone looks forward to going to a nursing facility but our experience with Oakwood made this so easy. My husband needed more rehab and we were referred to Oakwood. From day one we were met with such professionalism and it continued for our stay. Great nurses, CNAs,Therapists and Staff. We loved our night nurse, Tasha. They helped him work hard to achieve his goals so he could come home. This was a great experience for him and our family and if he would ever need to go again, Oakwood will be it. We give it a 5+ star rating. Oh and my beloved dog was allowed to come visit. Now that was the icing on the cake.
