Seniors really thrive at Oakwood University Woods. We have all levels of care. A wide range of programming has something for everyone. We have made a lot of friends here, and there is a great sense of community among the residents and staff.

I describe living at Oakwood as a cross between living in a lively and friendly college dorm and a really great cruise ship. It's a place where you can experience great community, lively discussions, inspiration to keep on learning, and a safety net for your own health needs. Madison is a great little town with so much to offer.

Oakwood is a wonderful place for retirement living! Our independent living apartment is lovely, the sense of community is strong, the life enrichment offerings are abundant, and the staff is wonderful. The beautiful 9-acre Nature Preserve has ponds, wildlife, and tails. We highly recommend Oakwood!

I have made my home at Oakwood/University Woods for the past 18 months. Moving into a retirement community is a big step for most people and I approached it with caution. What I found was a welcoming community of supportive residents and a beautiful environment. No second thoughts about this decision!

I have lived at Oakwood University Woods for four years. My apartment is fantastic and my Oakwood friends and neighbors are even better. The staff is very friendly and they are willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to help. The Life Enrichment actives include concerts, movies, lectures, almost everyday of the week in a beautiful auditorium that seats 225 in theatre chairs. The separate chapel is beautiful place to worship and reflect. The campus grounds in all seasons of the year spectacular. Our nature preserve, that is open to the public, it a joy to all. I have no regrets about my move to Oakwood
