My name is Al Phillips and my sister‘s name is D. Stone. I am her brother and she has been a resident at Oasis assistant living for about 10 years .Doing her 10 years at Oasis they have assisted her with all endeavors of being a senior with limited ability. Quality service starts with the director and continues all the way through the entire staff. Their professionalism and heartfelt support and dedication makes a world of difference. Their services have been outstanding in every aspect beginning with medical and personal care, nutritious meals, cleanliness and compassion. I know that my sister is healthy, clean and happy. At Oasis at 30th if there is a problem it is always resolved in a satisfactory and timely manner. I could not ask for more. I would definitely recommend them to other families considering Oasis assisted living when their loved ones are in need of assistance.

Unprofessional, rude front desk. When a report was made to the front desk (I think her name is Kyra) instead of maintaining professionalism, she became defensive and later instigated the complaint by disclosing my contact information so that I would later be confronted. I would not trust this facility with my family because if someone ever feels the need to advocate for a resident, they might sweep it under the rug and retaliate against the person making the report all in the name of protecting one another.

You cannot judge a book by its cover so true in this case of trying to find a decent place for my mother to reside they say they offer multiple Services yet the staff members are rude the nurses pass out medication to the wrong patients most importantly they take advantage of the clients that they think don't have family members or people that care for them the manager of this facility is rude she steals from the clients she has also stopped clients family members from coming to visit I feel like by isolating people that are on hospice is wrong I wish someone could help me stop what is going on in this community they are taking advantage of the elderly in more than one way

We have a new administrator who has made a lot of positive changes and is working on having structure to our facility. I have lived here for 3 years and really appreciate her efforts. She has more to tackle but I fully believe that she will really turn this facility into a place we will love to live at and be proud to call it home.
