Tranquil Tides is an exceptional care facility. I have been an emergency department nurse for 15 years, during which time I have seen many patients come into the hospital from various facilities in less than desirable conditions. This facility is different than the others. The quality of care received is superior and the time and energy that has been placed into the development of this business is noticeable. In the time that she has been there, she has been treated exceptionally well and I am very happy with the services provided. As my mom’s dementia worsened, we could no longer provide the level of care and supervision that she needed at home. Thanks to Hospice of the North Coast we found Tranquil Tides Senior Care. The staff is absolutely remarkable! My mom was treated with the utmost care, kindness and respect. The staff paid great attention to detail when it came to her treatment and medication management. After just one week of moving in, we saw so much improvement. She was calm and engaged in interactions with staff. The backyard is spacious with beautiful fruit trees, a place my mom loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren. Family visits are welcomed and encouraged. Management is caring, accessible and responsive. I highly recommend Tranquil Tides. They were lifesavers at a time my family needed support the most.
