OHI - 321 NORTH MAIN STREET

Been trying desperately to become a new patient for months. And the guy who answers the phone is less than helpful and sounds and acts like he doesn’t care to try to help me find a solution. Nobody is taking new patients and this is the only doctor’s office that’s open early enough for me to go to without having to miss work.

Communication. A simple solution they don’t follow. Running low on medication. Call pharmacy told prescription ran out. No problem. Contact Dr. on web portal. A system designed to help more efficient.. really isn’t as it would take an effort to answer and respond.pharmacy explains they sent to the Dr. for approval to refill the prescription. I wait 2 days, nothing. I call Dr. and they say we have your request and the Dr. will send to pharmacy.. great. Go to pharmacy a second time. They now inform me, Dr. denied prescription.. ? Ok. Why. No web portal message no phone call. So I run out of prescription. After a diagnosis letter from Dr. said continue on with your prescribed medication.. 😏 everyone should realize by now healthcare sucks. You are just a number not a patient in the business world of your health. They do not care about your well being., if they did, prescription would have been filled. The “ business” is 8-5 Monday thru Friday that’s where it starts and ends. Staff knows this, as well as Dr. you are assigned to. Crazy world we live in. Tough part of the prescription I needed, is a very common one used to treat millions of people with type 2 diabetes. Care? You won’t get there here. It’s a business and you are number 123.

I've been going here for a few years and always have a great experience. Dr. Knippscher is the best doctor I've ever had. She really listens and cares about her patients. The staff are always so nice, helpful and welcoming. I feel taken care of.

I have been going to this medical facility for approximately ten years. If I could give more than five stars I would. Excellent care from the wonderful Dr. Johnston. I saw Matthew DeRosby, PA-C one time, also excellent. Employees very nice also. Building is handicap friendly. Close parking. No walking on snow and ice in winter. Approx. 20 minutes in waiting room. Only maybe 3 times I had a much longer wait.

I rarely have to wait long (which is unusual for a doctor's office!) when I check in for an appointment. They're also really good about working you in ASAP if you need to be seen - I couldn't wait for my future appt and they were able to schedule me the day I called. The staff is very friendly from start to finish. I've been very happy with Annette, Matt, the team at the front desk and checkout, and Brianna is awesome at a blood draw!
