OHIO HOUSE

We had a appreciation day and it was fantastic. Tha management did an awesome job!! There was music, good food and I had a chance to meet some new people. Thanks for the FUN day!!!

My brother-in-law will be moving into Heritage House soon. He, my wife and I toured the facility. The staff is very nice and provided a lot of information and answered questions. He is bringing his small dog Frank with him. The building offers many, many areas for reading, movie viewing, conversation, meditation, crafts etc. The unit is spacious, just perfect for a single person, very clean. Other amenities will make living there easy and enjoyable. We also have a good friend who has lived there several years and loves it. Thank You for providing such a well maintained and safe area for our family member. Steve

First time I wrote the truth about heritage house tina hr asked me too take it down??? Then said maintenance is coming in too fix problems it started looking at the stove so small not enough room too even put a pizza pan in the sink is the smallest I ever used the shade came down as soon as I tried pulling it down it all came down times the toilet gets clogged all the time mind u I moved out at 15 never had a shade come down dead bed bugs on window sill so the place was sprayed before coming in tina said it wasn't but just so happend when me and my caseworker came in thear was a bug crawling on the floor her remark was have too get exterminator in hear???? No air conditioning provided for disabled who have breathing issues so back too maintenance coming back in out of all the things I told tina that need too be fixed got only Mt shade put back up part way no string too close it.. the toilet is so low too the floor also hard too get back up. Decided too tell tina about next door neighbor pounding on the wall me and freind heard it from her appt tina said its coming from the roof and card players way on the 2nd floor can hear it others wing mind u on the 2 and coming from the roof. Believe it or not she said record it next time( favortism) or? And about 12 or more people agrochemicals me not me about the trouble she is causing tina said depends who u talk. Too me and freind are lying and coming from the roof and record it next tiime???? Maybe just pound on office wall that' s what It sounds like. Well thanks for the shade with no string too pull it down. And it's two thirds up too bad about the post u wanted me too take down the. Truth why couldn't u face the truth after deleting it ( the roof) ???

The property manager Tina Kamanda and assistant property manager Sherlene Brooks were very kind and courteous. Both were very knowledgeable about housing programs at which my clients were using. They also were kind enough to educate myself and my clients on consumer resources. Its unfortunate that both Tina and Sherlene only work for Heritage House because their presence are in dire need at other apartment management. They are the example of how to greet and process applications as well as interact with potential residents.

I toured this property today. Maintenance staff is friendly and knowledge. The building interior and grounds are well kept. The atrium lets in plenty of natural light, making the common areas on all floors welcoming places to sit. The unit i saw had great closet space, outlets on every wall in the bedroom, and was cable and broadband ready. The manager was well organized, professional and patient. This building is a gem of subsidized housing. It seems the staff is doing their best to keep it that way.
