My 94-year-old uncle has been a resident of Pili Aloha Senior Care Home for the last 3 1/2 months and we are so very fortunate to have found this home. As other reviews have stated, Bobby and Reina owner/operators of the home are exceptional! They care for their patients as though they are family. They are very attentive, respectful, mindful of each person‘s needs, have group activities, and a relentless spirit of compassion and patience. Their ability to create an environment that is comfortable, safe and inclusive of everyone is truly a reflection of their character and commitment. I can’t say enough about the meals provided either. Uncle has adjusted very well, a feat In itself. If you ever have a need for a care home for yourself or a loved one, you can rest assured that you would be in good hands!

It has been 3 months since my father has moved into Pili Aloha Senior Care with Reina and Bobby and all I can say is I wish I found them earlier. My father originally was at the Ivy at Hawaii Kai for about 3 years. At the time of him entering Ivy, he was baseline on the level of needing assistance, as time passes and with age they unfortunately need additional care and the Ivy cannot provide that type of level of care. He was on a slow decline at the Ivy, I noticed wasn't receiving enough care/assistance from the staff, and they even instituted a private care giver from 7am-6pm daily (this was an out of pocket expense ontop of the monthly living/rent he was paying). From that time on I knew I had to get him out fast and quick. Flo from Kupuna Care Connection found Pili Aloha for me, and from the moment I walked into the home I knew this was the place for him and after 3 months of being a resident at Pili Aloha, I can honestly say my father is receiving top notch care from two great people. Thank you Reina and Bobby for ALL that you do.

I can’t say enough good about this place! Though my aunty Edna stayed there, three short weeks, neither she nor I ever had a complaint to say about this place. The owners, Bobby and Reina, treated her like royalty. They were always available to answer our questions, and did their best to accommodate my tired, ever complaining aunt, until the day she passed. I am forever grateful for their kindness and genuine show of love for my aunty Edna!!

They are very caring and take good care of their patients.

This is a small nursing care home in Kaneohe. The husband and wife team are taking excellent care of my husband, and he started eating again! I'm so thankful Nursing Home Partners found this place for us. They even vetted and reserved a spot for my husband, which made the transition to the home seamless .
