Oliver Woods #4

I first experienced Oliver Woods some 25 years ago when my father moved in there. It was still a fairly new facility, but I could see right away that it was worlds above other similar facilities. They took such good care of Dad during his final years that I have visited there weekly for 20 years for games, music, prayer, and special events. The residents are happy and well cared for. The staff is courteous and welcoming. There are many activities to keep people sharp and engaged. They have gone through quite a few administrators in recent years, but the overall quality remains high. Recommended for yourself or your loved ones.

You can feel the love and care the moment you walk into this community. The team is deeply compassionate and truly invested in the people who live there. That culture is supported by a leadership team that leads with intention, attention to detail, and heart. The warmth of this community is unmatched. I highly recommend scheduling a tour to see it firsthand.

I volunteer their on occasion. I always enjoy the residents. They always seem really happy. They love all the different activities provided for each month. I'm impressed by how much work goes into the activities. Keep up the great work.

In searching for an assisted living facility for a family member, we visited several facilities in the area. Oliver Woods in Owosso is far and away the best place that we visited. The facility is well maintained and the staff is friendly and courteous. During the application process Executive Director Carla LaMarr did a thorough job of explaining what to expect from her staff and herself. We left feeling confident that our family member will be well cared for. We would highly recommend Oliver Woods to anyone needing assisted living care.
