It has been almost impossible for the last 6 months to view a tv program without service interruptions. The screen goes black for minutes at a time or while watching a program the screen freezes. How can anyone enjoy a program when you can only hear every third sentence? Apparently the problem has been on the "to do" list for several months and the facility just can't seem to get around to correcting the problem. Leaving the residents without tv service, and no access to entertainment or news, at this time in our nation when it is critical to keep abreast of current information regarding the corvid virus, being unable to access current developments is unacceptable in the is day and age.
