I just want to express that we’ve loved living here. Kim in the leasing office has always been so understanding and reasonable when we’ve had issues that have come up. We’ve lived here just about 3 years and haven’t had any problems. Maintennace has always been helpful as well. It may take a couple days for non urgent situations, but they always come through and are friendly. This is a large complex, so I think people should take that in mind when expressing dissatisfaction with small issues. I’ve lived in a few complexes and Rosemeade has never disappointed us. Everyone is going through something in life and the staff here, are no different. Lead with kindness and understanding and you’ll find that this is what’s returned. I appreciate all the staff here, including Kim and all the maintenance staff, who do their best!

Yousuf was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process at my new apartment. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the move-in experience smooth and stress-free. We recently moved out because we bought a house, but we truly loved living here and would’ve stayed longer if not for that. It’s a safe, well-maintained community, perfect for families and kids to play. The apartment was spacious, modern, and always felt like home. Big shoutout to Eddie for going above and beyond during our move-out, even inspecting our unit himself when maintenance wasn’t available. Great place, great people, highly recommended!
