Needed some place that could help watch my getting frailer 90 yo mom while we took care of family business. Was able to arrange a 10 day stay at Havenwood, and it was perfect. Staff was attentive. Meals were brought to her room as she requested. She wanted for nothing. Reassuring to have a nice place capable of handling that level of care so close to home.

I wrote a bad review and they asked me to remove it.. they have gotten better... For a short time after I remove the review they treated by staff very well.. it has changed some... The place is very clean.. The front desk is much better than it was before.. that being said I still think there was some issues getting timely meals for my MIL.. The building is an excellent shape ... I give it a 3.8

My wife and i moved into Havenwood in march of this year. Unfortunately my wife passed away the next month. I would like to say that the staff at Havenwood treated me like family. In addition the other tenants have treated me like family. I never wanted to live in an assisted living facility but I will definitely spend the rest of my life here. By the way the food and the facility are great. Nancy ,the concierge, is the greatest ❤️❤️❤️

I wish I had discovered Havenwood before my mom passed; we could have shared an apartment, or had separate units. It's beautiful and clean, and the staff are all so kind and greet you. I know the residents are well taken care of because they are always smiling and look so happy and healthy. I enjoy the use of the library, fitness center, and the micro-market that's open 24/7. Eventually, I hope to join the lunch outings to area restaurants and the variety of stretching and movement classes offered throughout the day. My mom would have enjoyed all of this, and benefitted from the nursing services. ❤

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. We recently moved my mom from another community, and the difference has been night and day. The staff here is truly wonderful—they go above and beyond for the residents. Every time we walk in, they greet us personally and make us feel welcome. More importantly, the care staff takes a genuine interest in my mom. Instead of just completing tasks quickly, as we experienced before, they take the time to get to know her as a person. The cost is in line with where we came from, but the quality of care and attention she receives makes all the difference. We couldn’t be happier and truly feel we’re getting our money’s worth.
