One Magnolia Place

If you have family here, please check on them. There's been multiple reports of abuse and the employees are still working there. Management has not reported known abuse to the correct officials and have not terminated the employees responsibility for that abuse and its happened over amd over. JUST CHECK ON YOUR FAMILY and avoid this place at all cost.

This place is beautiful. Don't allow that to fool you. My grandma was in this place. Her shoes and clothes were stolen multiple times. They do not take care of the residents. The last time I was at the facility, I took my grandma outside for a cigarette. The doors automatically locked and it's part of a safety future to keep residents from escaping. I had to be let outside of these doors with her, after smoking I tried to reenter the building. Of course the door was locked, I beat on the door for over 10 minutes no one noticed. I'm not a small man I meet a lot of noise and knowing heard me. What happens when you're loved one screams for help? Good luck they don't care! Many arrogant and ignorant employees

I liked working with the residents, its beautiful place but the administratior LISA don't know what shes doing.i witnessed her being very rude to a resident. They need to be under new management. They false advertising their facility, mostly everyone in there is in wheelchairs, and can't stand, or walk by themselves. Someone needs to look up and see what assistant living place are, The people who suppose to be managers don't know how to manage. Your loved one will have bed sores and everything. The nursing staff are very lazy. Let one magnolia be your last resort.

My mom passed away peacefully a few weeks ago at One Magnolia. She lived there for seven years. During this time she loved the staff and they in return loved her. They are like family and treated her as such. We chose One Magnolia place because of what the people living there told us about the people working there. While like most businesses they had turnover during this time, the nucleus of the team has stayed in tact and the leadership has set high standards in hiring and expectations of the new staff. There are many competitor's in assisted living today. For me, the most important thing is the quality of people working there. It would be very difficult to find a better team or leader than One Magnolia Place. I highly recommend One Magnolia Place for your assisted living needs. Thank you!

We are so happy with the care our loved one has received here. The CNAs have gone above and beyond for us, even to the point of driving to McDonalds to get my Mom fries when she wasn’t feeling well. The nurses have given her such gentle care. The director is attentive and very responsive! We are so grateful for One Magnolia.
