My mom stayed there for years and when she passed a lady named Missy wouldn't release her personal things including her purse, checkbook, nicknacks TV jewelry, cellphone, did get a few things but with not being able to enter the place the only thing you can do is call which she will hang up on you don't recommend putting your family members in their or leaving them in there. Would love to know how to contact the owners if anyone could HELP!
