My Uncle was just admitted into this facility. The staff was patient and very helpful with the admission process. It was quick, easy and went smoothly for both myself and Uncle. I visited him within two days of admission and he seemed to be settling in well.

My grandma loves the activity lady, Mrs Janelle and Mrs Towana all she talk about lol the only reason this place got a one star from me. This place needs remodeling the administration staff is very rude imagine talking to a wall. They will literally walk away while you’re talking especially the new hire in the office I miss the other lady I believe her name was Ananda she was sweet and caring this lady she’s not the nicest. About 3 weeks was my fist time seeing her and she ignored me as I was asking a question about my grandmas closet the way clothes were just stuck on hangers and thrown in there she looked at me and kept walking. it reeks of strong and uncleaned urine. Urine trails yes I said urine trails from room to room. A friend of mines told me let’s just say I’m trying to find my grandmother anywhere but here with licensed nurses on the cart to give out meds. The next time I visit will be to get my grandmother out. Overly priced for a private room that looks like a jail sell crack’s in the wall urine stains in sheets. They need to do better than just sitting in the office

Miss Janice, Mrs. Dear, and Miss Tish are absolute God sends. They care so much for these residents and go above and beyond. They truly love their job and the daily activities are so much fun! I only trust this facility to take care of my loved one.

The staff is so sweet and very attentive to each resident. The Activity Coordinator is always looking for ways to keep the residents engaged and entertained. This community is more like a big family!

I placed my dad here in January around the 6-7in a private room and told them not to ever change his room.Feburary 3rd he was diagnosed with covid. They then change his room and put him in with another covid patient. From the 3rd until the 12 he complained about not having showers. He didn't get his night time eye drops . His room was cold because the heat kept going out. At this time it was being 20 degree in the morning . No one think to give extra cover. The heater was falling out of the wall and still no one think of a way to keep the cold air out. How do I know all of this you may ask. I was doing housekeeping there until I got the stomach bug from there. A resident said to me that she wouldn't put her dog in that place. This place is a part of Pace which means it's terrible. STJ of the Pines in Fayetteville is also a part of Pace program. When they finally moved him back to his room his wallet ended up at the laundry. Yes the money was missing. I was told that they have never had any missing money before. This place is a revolving door. You don't know who you are hiring. Yes you did a back ground check, but maybe him or her haven't been caught yet. If anyone knows of a better place please let me know so that I can move him. That accepts the same type of payment.
