Our family is incredibly grateful for the care and compassion shown to my mother-in-law. From the very beginning, the staff made us feel welcomed, supported, and confident that she was in good hands. The caregivers are attentive, patient, and genuinely kind. They treat residents with dignity and respect, and it's clear they truly care about each individual, not just their job. Communication with our family has been excellent-we are kept informed and feel comfortable reaching out with questions or concerns. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, home-like atmosphere. There are plenty of activities and social opportunities that help residents stay engaged and feel part of a community, which has made a positive difference in her overall happiness and well-being. Knowing that our loved one is safe, comfortable, and cared for gives us tremendous peace of mind. We would highly recommend Optimized to any family!

I cannot recommend this facility enough. Everyone I encountered there was kind and caring and helpful. All of my questions were answered quickly and I never felt like I was being rushed. Finding the right fit for a loved one who needs assisted living can be overwhelming and daunting, but I never felt anything other than compassion and comfort from everyone I spoke with. I feel confident knowing my loved one will be in good hands and taken care of by the wonderful staff.

I’ve worked in hospice for 15 years and deal with around 40 facilities the past 3 years working outside in the community. I can say the business plan the local owner created was out of compassion and seeing the deep need for a place like home. I often recommend Optimized locations to families trying to take the difficult step of finding a place to trust. I understand the decision is hard and at times can create anxiety, Optimized is a locally family owned Al/Mc and you won’t get lost in the shuffle of a nationwide facility chain. The admin and staff know every residents family, stories and needs. The staff care deeply about their personal experiences. I’ve seen a lot of positive changes the last few years as they keep perfected the Optimized way to grow and adjust to needs of community.
