OPTIMUM PERSONAL CARESUGAR LAND

Horrible experience for my mother-in-law. She was miserable the entire time and spent more time at various hospitals than this location. They rarely would do anything for her and when they finally did all they would do is call the hospital, and then she would go to a rehab facility and then back to this location and spent maybe 6 or 7 days there for an entire month but then they would charge the full price for a room. To make it worse on her last hospitalization we tried to send her back for care and they TRIPLED the price abruptly without any reasonable explanation. They tried to rip off my mother-in-law, provided minimal care, would not respond to requests for help, would let her sit in her pee for hours without any response and their neglect, fraud and deceit is outrageous. They are basically ripping off government programs, neglecting patients and then tripling the price they charge after luring families in initially. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. The positive reviews are obviously fake.

As my mother grew older I used Optimum to provide respite services when I would go on vacation. Each time they took care of my mother well. The older she got she required more care and I had to eventually place her there for an extended period of time. To me their best attribute was that the facility was always clean and never smelled. The caretakers were always attentive to their needs and they would respond quickly as possible. They always had a great attitude and a shout out to the director, Mr. English for being very conscientious about every request. I have to also commend Ms. Julia, Zonia, Rose and the entire staff for their conscientiousness and friendliness as well. My mother passed away but I am pleased that she was at Optimum. I wholeheartedly recommend Optimum Personal Care for anyone seeking an assisted living facility.

I can't say enough about the wonderful staff at this assisted living facility. They treat every resident like family, and their dedication to providing the best care is evident. The facility is modern and well-maintained, offering a range of amenities. My loved one enjoys the delicious meals and the opportunity to socialize with other residents. It's truly a place where they can age gracefully and happily.

My father is a resident of Optimum Personal Care Sugar Land. This is a fantastic place! They provide excellent care to their residents. Julia is wonderful! She is not only knowledgable regarding how to care for geriatric clients, but is also very caring and compassionate. I feel as if I am not alone in caring for my father. They physical setting is also quite beautiful with large windows that allow plenty of sunlight and a large backyard and walking area. I highly recommend this facility!

Optimum Personal Care is an amazing assisted living facility. The staff are professional, reliable and make our family feel that our grandmother is in excellent care. She has thrived while in their care and for this we are forever grateful. Mr. Bobby English, owner, has been exceptional throughout my grandmother's time within the facility. If you or your family are considering OPC, you have found a wonderful home for your loved one!
