OPTIMUM SENIOR CARE HOME

I have a friend (my close friends father) at this facility. He has been trying to reach his father, or someone at the facility and they very seldom answer their phone. My friend reached his father one time in the last week, and his father seemed very nervous and scared. So I tried calling for my friend today (2/25/13) at 10:30am then at 3:09pm, no answer either time. The ringing stopped and the call went blank, dead. Then a dial tone about 10 seconds or so later. This has been creating a lot of stress for my friend. It has been very difficult for him.
